In detail
What each service covers
Workplace consultancy
Work out what the space actually needs to do before anyone draws it.
How many people, working how, and how often? We start with the way your teams actually use space — desks against collaboration, meeting demand, storage, growth — so the design that follows is sized for the business rather than for the floorplate.
- Space utilisation review
- Headcount and growth planning
- Ways-of-working assessment
- Building and floorplate appraisal
- Budget and programme framing
Office design
Concept, layout and the detail that makes it feel finished.
Our in-house designers develop the space plan, look and feel, finishes and detailing — and take it through to the drawings your building manager and contractors need. You see it before it is built, not after.
- Space planning and test fits
- Concept and mood development
- Finishes, materials and FF&E
- Visuals and layouts
- Building landlord approvals
Office fit-out
The build itself, managed end to end by the people who designed it.
Partitions and glazing, ceilings and flooring, joinery, decoration, power and data, lighting and air conditioning coordination — delivered by our in-house project managers and craftsmen, on time and within budget.
- CAT A and CAT B fit-out
- Partitions, glazing and joinery
- Ceilings, flooring and decoration
- M&E and data coordination
- Single point of project management
Furniture
Specified, supplied and installed as part of the same contract.
Desking, task and soft seating, meeting and collaboration furniture, storage and acoustic products — specified alongside the design rather than bolted on afterwards, and installed before you move in.
- Furniture specification
- Sampling and trials
- Supply and installation
- Acoustic and soft seating
- Storage and lockers
Relocation
Moving you in over a weekend, so Monday just works.
Planning and managing the move itself — crate logistics, sequencing, IT coordination and setting out at the other end — so your people arrive on Monday to a working desk rather than a pile of boxes.
- Move planning and sequencing
- Crate supply and logistics
- IT and comms coordination
- Out of hours and weekend moves
- Decommissioning the old space
How a project runs
From first conversation to first working day
Understand the requirement
A conversation about headcount, growth, ways of working and budget — and a look at the building you are in or moving to.
Test fit and concept
Space plans that show what will actually fit, and a concept for how it will look and feel, before anything is committed.
Detailed design and costing
Finishes, joinery, furniture and services detailed and priced, so the number you approve is the number you pay.
Build
Our project managers run the site and our craftsmen do the work, phased around your occupation where you are staying put.
Furniture and move-in
Furniture installed and the relocation managed — usually over a weekend — so the first working day in the new space is a normal one.
Aftercare
Snagging closed out and a relationship that carries on, which is why so many clients come back when they next expand.
