About BIS

A bit about us

Since 1997, Business Interior Solutions Limited has specialised in transforming workspaces from concept to completion. As a full-service office fit-out company, we handle everything — from design to installation — ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process.

Our in-house team of designers, project managers and craftsmen work together to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Whether refreshing your current space or undertaking a complete transformation, we bring your vision to life with precision and creativity.

Let us manage your office fit-out, so you can focus on what matters most to your business.

Since 1997

Nearly three decades of fit-out, which in this trade mostly means knowing what goes wrong and designing around it before it does.

One in-house team

Designers, project managers and craftsmen under one roof. Nobody is subcontracting the bit that matters and blaming the next trade for the programme.

Clients who come back

Many of our clients return to us time and again, trusting us to adapt their workspaces as their needs change. Repeat business is the only fit-out reference that really counts.

On time and within budget

Stated plainly because it is the whole job. A fit-out that lands late costs you rent on two buildings at once.

Concept to completion

Consultancy, design, build, furniture and the move — one contract, one number to call, no gaps between packages for things to fall down.

Direct with end users

We work directly with the businesses who will occupy the space, not only through agents, so the brief comes from the people who have to live in it.

Questions

Common questions

The rest are on the contact page.

Do you work on occupied offices?

Yes. Plenty of fit-outs happen around people who still have to work there, which means phasing the job, working out of hours where necessary, and agreeing with your building manager what can happen when.

What is the difference between CAT A and CAT B?

CAT A is the landlord’s base finish — raised floors, ceilings, basic services and no personality. CAT B is everything that makes it your office: layout, partitions, meeting rooms, kitchen, finishes, branding and furniture. Most of our work is CAT B, or CAT A plus CAT B together.

Can you handle the furniture too?

Yes, and it is better if we do. Furniture specified alongside the design rather than bolted on afterwards arrives on time, fits the space plan and matches the finishes.

Do you manage the move as well?

We do. Relocation is one of our five services — crate logistics, sequencing, IT coordination and setting out at the other end, usually over a weekend.

How long does a fit-out take?

It depends on the size, the building and how much of it is bespoke joinery. The honest answer comes after a look at the space — but the programme is set at design stage, not discovered later.
